The platform mychesscoach.eu is a professional tool for chess coaches, enabling the training of students through the integrated features of the ChessCoach platform. The platform provides:

• Interactive chess board with Stockfish analysis engine for live coach–student lessons
• Real-time synchronisation and P2P audio communication between coach and student
• Strategic advice generated by artificial intelligence (Claude Anthropic)
• Management of students, lessons, progress and evaluations
• Personalised notes and study recommendations
• Personal puzzle library and FEN positions

The service is provided exclusively online.

To use the platform, users must create an account by providing a valid email address. The user is responsible for the security of their account and for all activities carried out from it.

Access to the platform is provided via subscription:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

Payment is made in advance. Access is granted for the duration corresponding to the chosen subscription.

Under applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014), consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days.

By completing payment, the user expressly declares that:

• They agree to the immediate commencement of the digital service
• They understand that the right of withdrawal is lost once the platform is accessed

Accordingly:

• No refunds are granted after account access
• No refunds are granted for periods already used
• No partial refunds are granted

To protect the platform against abusive use:

• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly benefit from services or refunds is strictly prohibited
• The operator reserves the right to refuse suspicious refund requests
• Duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed
• Access may be restricted based on IP address or device

All platform content (software, design, features) is the property of the operator and is protected by law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Services are provided "as is", without warranties regarding specific results. The operator cannot be held liable for results obtained by users, temporary service interruptions, or technical errors beyond the operator's control.

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
